Looked up the book on Amazon — sounds interesting. For me, change has never been a source of fear. As a matter of fact, I actually CRAVE change because I get easily bored when everything is on cruise control. But I did have to work A LOT on “positive self image” and must admit I’ve FINALLY learned to love myself thanks to this 20-month retreat in the mountains. So I’ll be moving back to the city on July 1 with a brand new outlook on life — YESSS.
